Prissy is an affectionate, outgoing cat. She is great with people and would love to have a feline companion. She is good with children and likes to be held and carried. She also qualifies for the Seniors-for-Seniors program.

Back-to-School Adoption Program

Back to School Pick Your Price Adoption Promotion Aug. 25 to Sept. 3

Seniors-for-Seniors adopt pets for free. (Four months and older, excluding specially priced dogs. Seniors are people age 55 and older, pets 6 years and older.)

The Nevada Humane Society is open for adoptions daily Sunday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. The shelter is located at 2825 Longley Lane in Reno. For more information, call 856-2000 or visit www.nevadahumanesociety.org.
