It was quickly discovered that all of these calls consisted of similar suspect descriptions and actions. The calls that were coming in were in relation to the eastern part of Sparks communities and included such areas as San Miguel Way, Los Altos Parkway, Falcon Ridge Drive, Astronomer Way, Albazano Drive, Wingfield Hills Drive and finally Oxley Drive.
The final call came from a victim located on Oxley Drive at approximately 7:50 a.m., who said he had just arrived home and observed three black males in front of his house. The door to his residence was wide open and then observed a fourth black male come out from inside of his house. The victim stated he observed all black males run and enter a late 1990s white Toyota Landcruiser with California plates. The victim pursued the suspects for a short time, until he lost sight of them.
Within 13 minutes, Sparks police officers had observed a similar vehicle matching that description in the area of Ingleston and Vista Blvd. That vehicle was identified as a 2003 Toyota Sequoia with California plates that came back as a stolen vehicle out of the Sacramento California Sheriff’s Department.
A high-risk stop was conducted on that vehicle in which all eight occupants (one white female and seven black males) were detained without incident. During the preliminary investigative stages it was discovered that there was stolen property inside of that vehicle, at which point all occupants were placed under arrest and taken to the Sparks Police Department to be interviewed on several related criminal activities.
After further interviews and investigations of theses suspects, it was discovered that they all resided in the Sacramento area and apparently arrived in the Sparks area in the early morning hours. After the interviews were completed, several other criminal charges were added, such as attempted burglary, GTA, conspiracy to commit burglary and several other miscellaneous crimes.
The following people were arrested:
Natasha Poland, female, age 22
Monta Willis, male, age 19
Sharaye Shilton, male, age 18
Five black male juveniles, ages 17, 17, 16, 15 and 14

This is what happens when you hang with ghetto trash.
It appears that nothing really positive happened until a citizen had taken some proactive action. This citizen should be awarded, as well as all those who made numerous calls regarding suspicious activity.
Many more calls inbetween
Last call 7:50 a.m.
