Officers say the SWAT team was called around 7 a.m. Friday to a business on North Virginia Street, where 25-five year old Dante Garibaldi locked himself in a room.
He came out about two hours later and was arrested without incident.
Police say Garibaldi was booked on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, domestic battery and resisting a police officer.
