RENO, Nev. (AP) — Reno police say they've arrested two people suspected in a string or residential burglaries.

Police say Teddy Rose Ferris, 20, and Launie Merritt, 27, were seen ringing door bells in the area of 12th and Ralston streets, and entered one that was unoccupied.

Investigators say they were in the home for about an hour, and were arrested Thursday when they emerged with bags filled with stolen property.

They were booked on suspicion of residential burglary and possession of stolen property.
